Karen Schnaubelt, The Black Queen

Finally, in a separate room on the second floor, you will find Richard Man's exhibit of his "Transformations" project and related work. Richard Man is a photographer from the San Francisco Bay Area and a longtime fan. In "Transformations" he creates gallery-sized portraits—shot on large-format (4x5) color film—of cosplayers/costumers both in and out of their costumes.

I am very honored that CC36 is providing an exhibit space for me to display a number of large prints at the convention. I am also working on a photo book, and I hope to have at least a mockup by the convention.
For more detail on my project, please visit http://richardmanphoto.com and on Instagram and Facebook under "richardmanphoto"
